Richard L. Graver
Chief Banking Officer & Chief Lending Officer
Mr. Graver is a Financial Professional with over thirty-four years of success in the areas of personal, retail, and commercial banking. Previously, he was with National Penn Bank in Boyertown and served as a Private Banking Relationship Manager where he serviced over 100 clients with high net worth. Throughout his tenure at National Penn Bank, he has been in a variety of commercial banking roles including Commercial Sales Manager, Loan Center Manager and Small Business and Corporate Lender. Earlier in his career, he held banking positions at Fleet Bank, M&T Bank and ITT Financial Services, all located in Reading.
Mr. Graver holds a B.S in Finance and Banking from Alvernia College. He has also completed various banking courses through Robert Morris Associates, the American Institute of Banking and the American Banking Association.
He served as an instructor for the American Institute of Banking in the mid 1990s.
Mr. Graver is currently the vice chairman of the Tri County Chamber of Commerce board of directors.. He is past board chairman of the Boyertown Area YMCA. In addition, he has served as past president and campaign chairman of the Boyertown Area United Way. He is a charter member and past president of the Berks Mont Business Association and has served on various committees of Building a Better Boyertown. He also served as an Executive Board Member of the Hawk Mountain Council of Boy Scouts of America. In 2000, he was awarded the "Citizen of the Year" Award of the Greater Boyertown Area.
